If you have ever called Pro Power Clean for any reason then you have probably spoken to Evelyn LaGrande. Evelyn has been working at Pro Power Clean for five and a half years as our administrative manager, and we couldn’t do business without her. Evelyn is much more than a receptionist, she is much more than an assistant, she is the first line of defense for the Pro Power Clean family.
I sat down with Evelyn one busy morning while she was filing some paperwork and asked her a couple of questions.
What is the hardest part of your job?
”It is the essence of multitasking. I might have to call the insurance company or the accountant or talk to one of our vendors or customers.”
She stopped to answer the phone
“I try to keep everyone happy. If I can take care of the problem by myself I do, if not I hand it off to someone better suited for the situation.”
What is your favorite part of your job?
“Overall I love the job. I like the challenges that I face because I do so many different things.”
With over thirty years of experience in management, Evelyn is well equipped to handle whatever tasks are thrown at her. We appreciate her support, her dedication to our business and hope to keep working alongside her for many years to come.
